Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy describes the principles of how we process information about you, including personal data and cookies.

General Information

This policy applies to the website operating at the URL: nocadis.com

The website operator and the personal data administrator is: NOCADIS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Zambrowska 29, 61-051, Poznań, Contact email address of the operator: jpiec@nocadis.com

The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data in relation to the data you voluntarily provide on the Website.

The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling inquiries submitted through a contact form
  • Presenting offers or information

The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems.
  • Through storing cookies (“cookies”) on users’ end devices.

Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

Login areas and areas where personal data is entered are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal and login data entered on the website is encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way — it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is the current industry standard for storing user passwords.

To protect data, the Operator regularly performs security backups.

An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, in particular regular updates of software components.

Hosting

The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of another company.

The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, maintains logs at the server level. The following may be recorded:

  • resources identified by a URL (addresses of requested resources — pages, files)
  • time the request was received
  • time the response was sent
  • client station name — identification performed by the HTTP protocol
  • information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions
  • URL address of the previously visited page (referrer link) — if the user accessed the Website via a link
  • information about the user's browser
  • IP address information
  • diagnostic information related to the self-service ordering process through forms on the website
  • information related to the handling of email sent to and from the Operator

Your Rights and Additional Information About How Data Is Used

In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

  • the hosting company under a data processing agreement
  • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website

Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be kept longer than necessary to carry out the activities related to it, as defined by separate legal provisions (for example, accounting regulations). With respect to marketing data, it will not be processed for more than three years.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • access to your personal data
  • rectification
  • deletion
  • restriction of processing
  • data portability

You have the right to object to the processing regarding the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing the legally justified interests of the Administrator, including profiling, provided that the right to object cannot be exercised if there are legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly for establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Administrator’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.

Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out with respect to you for the purpose of providing services under a concluded agreement and for the Administrator’s direct marketing purposes.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

Information in Forms

The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if such is provided.

The Website may store information about connection parameters (time mark, IP address).

In some cases, the Website may store information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the user’s email address who filled in the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.

Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, for example, handling a service request, commercial contact, or service registration. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform you of its purpose.

Administrator’s Logs

Information about user behavior in the service may be logged. These data are used for website administration purposes.

Important Marketing Techniques

The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis of the website via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to this service provider, only anonymized information. The service uses cookies stored on the user's end device. Regarding user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user may view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow advertising messages to be tailored to the user's behavior on the site. This may give the impression that the user’s personal data is used for tracking, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising service providers. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled handling of cookies.

The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology causes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a person registered there uses the Website. In this case, it is based on data for which Facebook itself is the administrator; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service uses cookies stored on the user's end device.

The Operator uses solutions that analyze user behavior by creating heatmaps and recording interactions on the site. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service provider so that they do not know which natural person it concerns. In particular, entered passwords and other personal data are not recorded.

The Operator uses solutions that automate the Website’s actions concerning users — for example, they may send an email to a user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.

The Operator may use profiling within the meaning of data protection regulations.

Information About Cookies

The Website uses cookies.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the user’s end device and are intended for use with the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they originate from, their storage time on the end device, and a unique number.

The entity placing cookies on the user’s end device and accessing them is the Website operator.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • maintaining the user's session on the Website (after logging in), so the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage
  • fulfilling the purposes described above in the section “Important Marketing Techniques”

Two basic types of cookies are used within the Website: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies.

“Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the user’s end device until they log out, leave the website, or close the web browser.

“Persistent” cookies are stored on the user’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the user.

Web browsing software (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the user's end device by default. Website users can change their settings in this regard. The web browser allows cookies to be deleted. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this topic can be found in the help section or documentation of the web browser.

Restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Website.

Cookies placed on the user’s end device may also be used by third-party partners cooperating with the Website operator, including in particular companies such as Google (Google Inc., USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA), and Twitter (Twitter Inc., USA).
